Order in Council 1793/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46,

William Bassel of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time Lawyer member of the Ontario Review Board for a period of three years, effective December 10, 2016 to and including December 9, 2019.
