OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 8, 2017, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) issuing a deed to convey five parcels of Crown lands containing approximately 15.4 hectares (38 acres), located at Dublin Shore, Lunenburg County, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Parks Forestry Ltd., a body corporate having its registered office at Lunenburg, in the County of Lunenburg, Province of Nova Scotia, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $1.00; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
