OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 8, 1998, pursuant to clause 16(1)(
b) of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement, 10 feet wide, for installing, maintaining and using a septic pipeline, with respect to Crown land situate at Big Pond, Cape Breton County, and shown in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to David Udle, Sr., of East Bay, Cape Breton County, for the consideration of $200.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
