chapter L-1.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1981, is amended by adding after

section the following: 1 La

chapitre L- 1.1 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1981, est modifiée par l’adjonction après l’article de ce qui suit : 48.1(1) The Registrar General shall, upon the filing with him of an application in the prescribed form, assign a number to a condition or covenant to which no number has previously been assigned. 48.1(1) Le registrateur général doit, sur demande dépo- sée auprès de lui dans la forme prescrite, attribuer un numéro à une condition ou un engagement qui n’a pas en- core été numéroté. 48.1(2) The owner of registered land may designate in the appropriate place in a transfer the number that has been assigned by the Registrar General to a condition or cove- nant. 48.1(2) Le propriétaire d’un bien-fonds enregistré peut désigner à l’endroit prévu dans le transfert, le numéro at- tribué par le registrateur général à une condition ou un engagement. 48.1(3) Where a transfer containing a condition or cov- enant has been registered, it is not necessary to repeat the condition or covenant in any subsequent transfer. 48.1(3) Lorsqu’un transfert contenant une condition ou un engagement a été enregistré, il n’est pas nécessaire de répéter la condition ou l’engagement dans un transfert subséquent. 1 EXPLANATORY NOTES NOTES EXPLICATIVES
