OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development and the Minister of Public Works dated October 18, 2024, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective on and after October 24, 2024, to authorize the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development and the Minister of Public Works, as applicable, entering into a net debt obligation for capital expenses to construct three replacement schools in the Halifax Regional Municipality on the terms and conditions approved by the Executive Council.
