I, Ravi Kahlon, Minister of Housing, order that, effective September 1, 2023, the Gas Safety Regulation, B.C. Reg. 103/2004, is amended in the definition of "pipeline" in

section 2 by striking out " Oil and Gas Activities Act " and substituting " Energy Resource Activities Act ".
