Order in Council 445/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008 ,

Annie Ropar, of Toronto, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective April 30, 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this reappointment;

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008 , she be reappointed as a member of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective April 30, 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this reappointment.
