section 73 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Act.

1 The Oil and Gas Conservation Rules (AR 151/71) are

amended by this Regulation.

Section 16.530(1) is amended by striking out "August 1,

2015" wherever it occurs and substituting "February 6, 2016".
