OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Immigration dated January 11, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Immigration entering into an Extension Agreement with Canada respecting an information sharing arrangement for Express Entry, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
