Order in Council 1481/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 7 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act , as amended, Mario Di Tommaso be reappointed as the Commissioner of Emergency Management, effective from November 1, 2021 to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
