Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

of Deadman's Pond

Environment Act

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act

I designate the area generally known as the Deadman's Pond Water Supply Area

for the Local Service District of Deadman's Bay as a protected water supply area.
