CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Saskatchewan Insurance Act (Assented to March 31, 1981) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Saskatchewan Insurance Amendment Act, 1981. Rev. Stat. c.S-26,

section amended

Section of The Saskatchewan Insurance Act is amended: (

a) by striking out “$35,000” in subsection (1) and substituting “$100,000”; (

b) by striking out “$30,000” in clause (2)(

a) and substituting “$95,000”;and (

c) by striking out “$35,000” wherever it appears in subsection (3) and in each case substituting “$100,000”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day on which The Automobile Accident Insurance Amendment Act, 1981 comes into force.
