OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated April 24, 2002, pursuant to

Section 38 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act, is pleased to approve the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board making a net loan of a sum not exceeding Seven Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Dollars ($768,000.00) to Derek d'Ent Fisheries Limited of Lower West Pubnico, in the County of Yarmouth, to finance the purchase of a new 44 11 fibreglass fishdragger/lobster vessel with a 5 extension from A.F. Theriault & Son Ltd., Meteghan River, in the County of Digby, on the terms and conditions set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
