Order in Council 1475/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 18(3) of the Police Services Act , as amended, Joseph Daniel Fernand Levert, a member of the Ontario Provincial Police, be named as a commissioned officer with the rank of Inspector, effective the date of this Order in Council.

And further , that a Commission under the Great Seal be issued to the said member.
