Order in Council 761/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ontario Highway Transport Board Act, the Order in Council numbered O.C. 1479/2020, dated October 29, 2020, appointing David Bradley as a part-time member of the Ontario Highway Transport Board and designating him as Chair of the said Board, is revoked effective July 1, 2021.
