OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated February 2, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 26 of
Chapter 252 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Legal Aid Act and
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective March 6, 2018, authorize the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to enter into an agreement respecting Criminal Legal Aid and Immigration and Refugee Legal Aid, in the form set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
