B.C. Reg. 280/2020 , deposited December 14, 2020, under the PORTS PROPERTY TAX ACT [section 2]. Order in Council 623/2020, approved and ordered December 14, 2020.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Eligible Port Property

Designation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 309/2010, is amended as set out in the attached

Appendix, to apply for the 2021 and subsequent taxation years.

Appendix

Section 2 (

a) of the Eligible Port Property Designation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 309/2010,

is amended by striking out " for the 2020 taxation year, as at December 31, 2019, " and substituting " for the 2021 taxation year, as at December 31, 2020, ".
