On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 1, 2019,

section 8 (1) (

d) of the Civil Forfeiture Regulation, B.C. Reg. 164/2006, is amended by striking out " Financial Institutions Commission " and substituting " BC Financial Services Authority ".
