OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated March 21, 2019, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) acquiring approximately 165.9 hectares (410 acres) of land located at Stillwater, Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, currently being identified as PIDs 35201953 and 37504297 shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Aya Resources Ltd., or its approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $123,000 plus HST if applicable, subject to the condition that Aya Resources Ltd., or its approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
