OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 31, 2016, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) acquiring by gift approximately 0.32 hectares (0.8 acres) of land located at North Kemptville, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia, being identified as PID 90091760 and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Nova Scotia Bird Society, its respective trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns subject to the condition that Nova Scotia Bird Society, its respective trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
