Order in Council 935/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Building Homes and Improving Transportation Infrastructure Act, 2026

July 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Building Homes and Improving Transportation Infrastructure Act, 2026 , c. 8, which amend the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , come into force:

Schedule 5, s. 1-3.
