Order in Council 914/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1063/2019, dated July 26, 2019, Richard D. Hopkins was appointed as a member of the Town of Hanover Police Services Board for a term of three years effective July 26, 2019;

And

whereas Richard D. Hopkins has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1063/2019, dated July 26, 2019, appointing Richard D. Hopkins as a member of the Town of Hanover Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
