Order in Council 848/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 1030/2024, dated July 25, 2024, Dane Minns was appointed as Deputy Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards;

Now therefore pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005 , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1030/2024 is hereby revoked effective from the date this Order in Council is made.
