OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated November 12, 2002, and pursuant to subsections 18(1) to (4) of the General Blasting Regulations made pursuant to

Chapter 320 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Paul Caza of Windsor Junction, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Certification of Blasters for a term of office of three (3) years commencing January 1, 2003; and (

b) fix the remuneration of Paul Caza at a rate of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each day he attends a meeting of the Board of Examiners for the Certification of Blasters or does work directly related to the operations of the Board, plus actual and reasonable expenses incurred by him in the discharge of his duties in relation to the Board.
