OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development and Tourism dated April 22, 1998, pursuant to Sections 2, 3 and 4 of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, and

Section 10 of

Chapter 49 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Business Development Corporation Act, is pleased to: (

a) provide financial assistance to Sable Fish Packers

(1988) Limited by way of a $4,000,000 loan, substantially on terms and conditions as contained in Schedules "A" and "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (

b) charge the said amount to the Free Balance of the Industrial Expansion Fund; (

c) authorize the Nova Scotia Business Development Corporation to execute such agreements and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order; and (

d) assign the administration of this account to the Nova Scotia Business Development Corporation.
