OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal and the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated February 4, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into an Integrated Bilateral Agreement for the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program Amending Agreement No. 1 in the form and including all Schedules, as set forth in
Schedule “A’ attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 7, 2020.
