OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for Sydney Steel Corporation, dated May 6, 1999, pursuant to

Section 8 of

Chapter 456 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint the following persons as Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation: Teresa MacNeil of Johnstown, R.R.#1 St. Peter's, Richmond County; John Kingston of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; J. Allan Henderson of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; John Strasser of Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec; and Wayne Weatherby of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; (

b) appoint Teresa MacNeil as Chair of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation.
