OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated June 29, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 17 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, and to
Section 4 and subsection 5(1) of
Chapter 4 of the said Revised Statutes, the Elections Act, is pleased to extend the appointment of Christine McCulloch, Q.C., of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Chief Electoral Officer, commencing July 1, 2004, until August 31, 2004.
