section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code , R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46, John Paul Fedoroff of Ottawa be reappointed as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Ontario Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective November 7, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
