On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that Special Direction IC2 to the British Columbia Utilities Commission, B.C. Reg. 307/2004, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 3 (1) (a.1) of Special Direction IC2 to the British Columbia Utilities Commission, B.C. Reg. 307/2004, is amended by striking out “ order by May 31 ” and substituting “ order by August 31 ” and by striking out “ effective August 1 ” and substituting “ effective November 1 ”.
