OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated March 25, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 33 of the Acts of 2010, the Auditor General Act , and
Section 19 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , on the advice of the Auditor General, is pleased to appoint Terry Spicer as Deputy Auditor General, effective April 1, 2015.
