On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 173(3) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 ,

be appointed as full-time chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal on an interim basis, effective the day this Order in Council is made, for a fixed term of six months or ending the day a new chair is appointed, whichever occurs first.
