B.C. Reg. 210/2009 , deposited September 3, 2009, pursuant to the FOREST ACT [Sections 1.1, 43.2 (1) and (2) and 43.51 (1) (b)]. Order in Council 463/2009, approved and ordered September 2, 2009.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(1) Section 4 of the Advertising, Deposits, Disposition and Extension Regulation, B.C. Reg. 55/2006, is amended by striking out " probationary community forest agreement " and substituting " community forest agreement ", and

(2) The Community Tenures Regulation, B.C. Reg. 352/2004, is amended

(

a) in

section 3 (

b) and (c) (iii) and (vi) by striking out " or a person authorized by the minister ",

(

b) in

section 4 (

h) by striking out " the minister or authorized person. " and substituting " the minister. ",

(

c) by repealing

section 5,

(

d) in

section 6 (1) by striking out " the minister may direct the regional manager or district manager to enter into a probationary community forest agreement " and substituting " the regional manager or district manager may enter into a community forest agreement ", and

(

e) in

section 6 (3) (a) (ii) by striking out " the probationary community forest agreement; " and substituting " the community forest agreement; ".
