OIC Number: 2004 - 343 Date of Order: Aug 26, 2004 OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Public Service Commission dated July 7, 2004, and pursuant to the Civil Service Master Agreement, is pleased to fix the remuneration of the chairperson, members and alternate members of the Classification Appeal Tribunal effective July 1, 2004, as follows: (

a) the chairperson of the Classification Appeal Tribunal to be remunerated at the rate of $800.00 per day while sitting as the Tribunal chairperson, plus actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; and (

b) all other members and alternate members of the Classification Appeal Tribunal to be remunerated at the rate of $150.00 per day while sitting as a member of the Tribunal, plus actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by the member in the discharge of the Tribunal duties.
