OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated November 4, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1999 (2 nd Session), the Chiropractic Act , is pleased to appoint Kent Rodgers of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Chiropractors representing the public, for a term of two (2) years commencing December 14, 2022.
