Order in Council 787/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 162(1)(

a) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997,

Elizabeth Witmer of Waterloo

be reappointed as full-time chair of the board of directors of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond December 31, 2020, effective May 17, 2020.
