OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated November 16, 2004, pursuant to
Section 68 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint J. Douglas Smith of Kings Head, RR#1 New Glasgow, Pictou County, to the list of persons eligible to be designated as an employer member of an Occupational Health and Safety Appeal Panel, for a term of three years commencing December 9, 2004; and (
b) fix the remuneration for J. Douglas Smith at $150.00/day while attending to the business of acting as an employer member of an Occupational Health and Safety Appeal Panel, in addition to reasonable expenses incurred in the course of carrying out his duties for an appeal panel.
