OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated November 2, 2012, and pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 dated November 17, 1981, which Order approved the establishment of Trade Centre Limited, Order in Council 85-342 dated April 2, 1985,
Section 98 of the Articles of Association of Trade Centre Limited, and pursuant to all other authority in him vested is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Ian Thompson as a non-voting member of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited, effective November 20, 2012; and (
b) approve the appointment of Simon d'Entremont, Deputy Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism as a non-voting member of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited commencing November 20, 2012.
