OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated March 2, 1999, pursuant to
Section 27 and subsection 87(1) of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing to enter into an amending agreement respecting the Gross Revenue Insurance Plan (GRIP) for selected agricultural commodities as set out in the form of
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
