Order in Council 1661/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4.3 (16) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , and effective as of the date this Order is approved,

Anthony Zlahtic , of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed as a full-time commissioner of the Ontario Energy Board for a fixed term ending on September 30, 2022.
