Order in Council 1665/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Niagara Parks Act , O.C. 1271/2021 dated September 16, 2021 reappointing Sandie Bellows as a member and redesignating her as chair of The Niagara Parks Commission be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
