Order in Council 620/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Bruce Arnott was appointed a Deputy Public Guardian and Trustee at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective August 13, 2014, by Order in Council O.C. 1002/2014;

And

whereas Bruce Arnott is no longer employed as a public servant;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 1(1) of the Public Guardian and Trustee Act , Order in Council O.C. 1002/2014 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
