OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated April 11, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 37 of the Acts of 2010, the Labour Board Act , and
Section 18 of the
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Marie Brunelle as an employer member of the Labour Board, effective April 24, 2018.
