OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 11, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 22 of
Chapter 18 of the Acts of Nova Scotia 1990, the Mineral Resources Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources granting a special licence for salt and potash to Maritimes Potash Inc., a corporation with its registered office at Halifax, in the Province of Nova Scotia, substantially in the form as set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, and executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
