Chapter 30 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, to sections 3(1)(a), (

c) and (

d) of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, 59C(1) and 1(

A) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, and to

Section 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: \x09(a)\x09amend clause (

i) of Order in Council 2001-523 by adding at the end of clause (i), "save and excepting the assets which are hereby transferred to the Municipality of the County of Colchester and approve the transfer on terms and conditions, both of which are generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" annexed to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 28, 2007, effective March 30, 2007"; \x09(b)\x09approve and authorize the provision by Nova Scotia Business Incorporated of an environmental indemnity and other warranties or indemnities generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" annexed to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 28, 2007; \x09(c)\x09approve and authorize a lease(s), to the Municipality of the County of Colchester over certain lands generally as set out and described in

Schedule "B" annexed to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 28, 2007; \x0c\x09(d)\x09authorize any two officers of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated to execute such agreements, conveyances, deeds of transfer, bills of sale, leases indemnities, assignments, documents, and other instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order; \x09(e)\x09authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, conveyances, deeds of transfer, bills of sale, leases, indemnities, assignments, documents and other instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
