OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated May 20, 2016, and pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 dated November 17, 1981, which Order approved the establishment of Trade Centre Limited, and pursuant to Order in Council 85-342 dated April 2, 1985, and pursuant to Sections 96, 100 and 103 of the Articles of Association of Trade Centre Limited, is pleased to: (

a) re-appoint Jeff Forbes of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), Gordon Gillis of Pictou, Pictou County, and Mary Lee of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as voting members of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited for a term of four (4) years commencing July 4, 2016; and (

b) authorize the payment of $100.00 per day, plus reasonable expenses, to the members of the Board for work involving the Trade Centre Limited.
