Order in Council 1475/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Jacqueline Castel of Mississauga be reappointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of five years, effective October 3, 2017.
