An Act to Amend the Assessment Act Loi modifiant la

Loi sur l’évaluation Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et du consentement de l’Assem- blée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, décrète : 1

Section 1 of the Assessment Act,

chapter A-14 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended in the definition “real property” 1 L’article 1 de la

Loi sur l’évaluation,

chapitre A-14 des Lois révisées de 1973 est modifié à la définition « biens réels » (

a) by adding after paragraph (b.3) the following:

a) par l’adjonction, après l’alinéa b.3), de ce qui suit : (b.4) the tower and the foundation of a wind turbine, b.4) la tour et la fondation d’une éolienne, (

b) in paragraph (

l) by striking out “and” at the end of the paragraph;

b) à l’alinéa l), par la suppression de « et » à la fin de l’alinéa; (

c) in paragraph (

m) by striking out the semicolon at the end of the paragraph and substituting a comma followed by “and”;

c) à l’alinéa m ), par la suppression du point- virgule à la fin de l’alinéa et son remplacement par une virgule suivie de « et »; (

d) by adding after paragraph (

m) the following:

n) notwithstanding paragraph (b.4), the nacelle of a wind turbine;

n) nonobstant l’alinéa b.4), la nacelle d’une éolienne; 2

Section 15 of the Act is amended by striking out “15.1” and substituting “15.1, 15.11”. 2 L’article 15 de la Loi est modifié par la suppression de « 15.1 » et son remplacement par « 15.1, 15.11 ». 3 The Act is amended by adding after

15.11 Real property as defined in paragraph (b.4) of the definition “real property” in
