Order in Council 1157/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 610/2015, dated the 13th day of May 2015, Judith M. Contin was appointed as a member of the Town of Midland Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from May 13, 2015;

And

Whereas Judith M. Contin has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the Town of Midland Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Judith M. Contin is hereby reappointed as a member of the Town of Midland Police Services Board for a term of three years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
