OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated December 18, 2001, and pursuant to subsection 35(3) of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to pay, respectively, to (

a) Lois Madline Gray, c/o, Andreas Solomos, Barrister and Solicitor, of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, the sum of Four Thousand, Five Hundred Eighty-One Dollars and Ten Cents ($4,581.10); and (

b) Glen Joseph Gray of Windsor, in the Province of Ontario, the sum of Four Thousand, Five Hundred Eighty-One Dollars and Nine Cents ($4,581.09), held by the Minister of Finance pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act, together with interest at the rate of prime less 3.5% from June 10, 1999 to the date of payment, less an administrative charge of 5% on accrued interest, all respecting the estate of George Edward Gray.
